Shipping Prices:

Free standard shipping for customers in the EU, UK, US, Japan and Brazil.

Standard shipping of EUR 3 for customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Standard shipping of EUR 6 for customers in EFTA Zone (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland) 

Standard shipping of EUR 8 for customers anywhere else. 

In addition to the above mentioned countries we currently ship to. Israel, Qatar, Singapore, United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Réunion, San Marino, Serbia, Vatican City, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Argentina, Caribbean Netherlands, Suriname. If your country is missing and you are unable to check out please reach out to info@stroopsoet.com.

Customs:

Please note that the price that you pay Stroopsoet does not include any customs or import taxes and duties. Depending on where you are, you might be liable to pay these. These will be levied by your local authorities or delivery service on receipt of order and will be settled with the relevant parties directly.

This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfilment centre exists within the same country. This can lead to import duties or customs being levied on your order in your country of residence.

Delivery time:

estimated production time + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Thus if you are shopping from the Netherlands it could take an estimated 6 - 12 business days to reach you.

Usually, it takes 3–7 business days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.

Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.

Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region. But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
